How much speech therapy will my child need?
This is dependant upon your child's needs and the difficulties they present with. Children all develop and improve at different rates so it will vary from one child to another.
-
Can my child access independent speech therapy as well as NHS therapy?
Yes of course! We advise you to access the NHS therapy and we can work alongside the NHS Speech and Language Therapist liaising where appropriate.
-
Can I come along to the speech therapy sessions in school?
We find it really helpful for parents and carers to come along to our sessions to see what we are working on and the strategies we use to help your child develop their speech and language skills. This will help you to play games and carry out the activities at home between sessions. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for you to join us.
